This was a really nice clean place when Dallas and Brenda owned and ran it!! The maintenance man Dallas had was so kind and outgoing and they ALL took pride in this place making it a 5 star!!!! Now that his sister and her husband (Dallas never associated with either of them) took the place over by default its a -5 they have a BEDBUG INFESTATION in 2 rooms that they continue to ignore and deny, no hot water no internet,and a convicted sex offender that just moved in. They are running that place into the ground.Do yourself a favor and drive the extra quarter mile to the Grandview where its clean and service is great
Rating it like this due to the treatment I received when attempting to rent. I was in desperate need for a place and had nothing but clothes. This was in my range and was furnished. I had the money and I was scheduled to meet with them. The day of my appointment they canceled me stating they rented it out from under me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
