Star Motel

It's a dive like no other. So when I walked i to the room it smelt like they were trying to cover the smell of something. Not bleach but pinesole. Very old dingy smell. The bathroom and bedroom had red burber carpet. The ac vents were nasty. The floor had not been vacuumed. The mirror in the bathroom was missing the cover for the light fixture. The bulb in the mainroom for the lamp was broken. The drawers on the night stand and the dresser were not cleaned out. The air coming from the ac when turned on to heat smelt of cat urine and cat feces. The bathtub had burn holes all on the side and inside of the tub. The TV remote didn't work with the TV. And there were small holes in the inside of the entrance door. Went to office four times about the TV remote . Four days still not fixed that is

I checked into the room with my male friend. He was just helping me get a place to sleep for the night of scared. I'm not used to being out on the streets. Anyway, the lady, my sister came over to bring me some food. And the lady called my room and said I have to. She kept my money, she kicked me out. And it was not right, she did not have to check me out. She asked for my sister's ID and $50 just to go in and bring me some food. But when I came in with my guy with my friend, she didn't ask for an ID from him she didn't ask for $50 from him, the room was disgusting filthy, it's not my fault that they have to deal with the bunch of crackheads on that part of the street, but there was nowhere no rooms were available around the neighborhood because they were all poor because of the holiday,

TERRIBLE PLACE. We got checked in & paid for a 30 hr stay. Our air conditioner didn’t even work so went to front desk and they were going to have us change rooms, which is totally ok. But then, about 12 hours in, the younger lady at the front desk busts into our room as we are packing up to move, and tells us we are trespassing and we needed to leave. As she’s screaming at us telling us we need to go she opens the curtains and throws the door wide open. Then continues screaming out the door in front of everyone. My husband chases after her and tries to explain to her that the older lady checked us in and we were only halfway into our stay. She doesn’t budge any for him, instead she shuts off the power to the room, and tells us she checked us out. So instead of causing problems we put all o

Very clean rooms very clean rooms very safe place for your kids to be at great price nice customer service nice people that work at the office would recommend staying there to anybody

We asked for a first floor room, even though you clearly see empty first floor rooms, they wouldn't give us one, they put us on the second floor and I'm disabled and can't walk on my right leg, I literally had to sit on the steps and scoot up. There was about 10 to 13 steps, then I had to hop to the room. I'll never go there again
