Stanley RV Park, Midland, TX

My fiancé and I moved in June 2023 and have lived there ever since. They have been amazing. The managers are friendly and always up to helping in any way they can. We had no issues with any neighbors and always felt at home. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The park and laundry room are clean and maintained. I enjoyed the peace and always felt comfortable here. I would recommend this place to anyone and would come back and stay!

Very nice and clean park. I enjoyed the stay very quiet and polite staff. Laundromat is clean, plenty of washers and dryers to be used, and it's Free to wash!!! I would stay here if I pass again.

Nothing Fancy but that’s Midland for you! But the Rv park is clean and the park management is extremely nice! And the laundromat is free to all tenants! And the washer and dryers are nice! Would recommend to any one staying long term!

I was really hyped about parking there for awhile until I went and toured it. It's way over crowded, and they claim it's paved throughout but I didn't see pavement. The frontage road had so much traffic I sat there for 7 minutes trying to to get out. The manager was very helpful and pleasant but unfortunately the bad outweighed the attentive and friendly manager.

Owner and staff personal are awesome. They work really hard to keep this place running as smoothly as possible. Things happen in which they have no control over, but once it does, they are quick to resolve it as quickly as possible. Compared to most parks in the surrounding, they have reasonable prices for all bills paid (cable, internet, water, trash, sewer, newly replaced laundry facility.
