St Marys Motel

I’ve been walking across America and this is one of the best places that I’ve come to and got in a hotel room, service was amazing. The people are lovely. The rooms are clean. Wi-Fi is good. And I can’t stress enough how hospitable the people that work here are five stars all the way.

This isn’t a 5-star luxury motel, but for $50 a night, it’s honestly hard to beat. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials — plus a 55-inch Smart TV, which is better than what I’ve seen in hotels twice the price. If you’re expecting perfection, you can always drive 30 minutes into the city and pay 50% more. But if you want something affordable, clean, and convenient, this motel is perfect for the price and met all my needs.

Staying here while working out of town. The rooms are a great value for the price. Fantastic water pressure in the showers and brand new giant flat screen. The management/front desk are very friendly and accommodating.

This place is DISGUSTING. Roaches and terrible people staying here. I stayed for a week with the company of bugs and listening to a man beat his wife. Seems they let people live here so they can keep their Tesla's paid for while renting unsanitary and distugusting rooms. Bathtub was gross and had soap scum and hair left from previous guest and the sheets had not been changed. An older man staying there told me they had batteled bed bugs recently as well.

I recently stayed at Saint Mary Motel during a business trip to the nearby power plant, and honestly, I was quite surprised. It’s a small-town, locally owned place — and you can feel the difference. The staff actually care about their guests, unlike the big corporate chains. The motel is in a very safe area, with two police stations/parking lots less than a mile away, so I never felt uneasy at any point during my stay. Even though it’s not a five-star luxury hotel, it delivers where it counts: the rooms are clean, cozy, and well-kept, and they’re equipped with 50-inch Quantum QLED TVs and a blazing fast 10G Orbi 970 internet system (Best mesh system currently) way better than many pricier hotels I’ve stayed at.
