St. Croix Suites - St. Croix Falls

This place is great, I stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting the local ski resort. It’s in a great location close to Walmart, fast food, and a grocery. The hotel staff is friendly. Anthony is always making sure our that we are enjoying our stay and making sure we have what we need like towels and such. The pool and the sauna are perfect for relaxing after snowboarding all day. Would recommend and will be returning next year!

Positive: The staff was friendly Negative: I chose to leave because of poor condition. I came into the room and the air conditioner didn't work, the towels in the room were a cruddy brown, the smoke alarm was taped on the wall with duct tape. After 5 min I left and booked a new hotel.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed at!! So outdated! Not clean extremely poor lighting. Pillows are so flat, even when we asked for extras could only get one. No blow dryer. Light above sink could hold 4 bulbs, and only had one. The breakfast was scant to say the least. Coffee machine wasn’t working so we asked about it a man came said it was plugged so he took it out and put his finger in the spout and unplugged it. Then stirred the dry coffee grounds with his hand and put it back into the machine. The pool looked disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE and here's why... 1. After check in we go to the room and the key card didn't work.  Okay, no big deal, easy fix typically.... 2. After getting a new key, we open the door and it was the room had NOT been cleaned. Bed was not made, dirty towels on the floor, etc and.... 3. a literal bowl of mold in the microwave!  I mean how many weeks do you think that was in there for it to be moldy?!  So they offer us a "remodeled" room a few doors down. 4. Upon opening the door, what are the chances that that room had not cleaned either?!  So while they get it ready we mention that we are going to get dinner and come back.  We get back, enter the "cleaned" room and it... 4. smelled like sewer! 5. Not to mention you can hear guests casually talking in room next door.  After our event,

Hello. I’m sorry to say I had a bad experience. I was looking forward to this stay- I called the day before arrival to let management know my plane would get in late so I would be there around midnight. He was polite and said just ring the number and someone would let me in. However, I got there at 12:20 AM and called the number, Used the outdoor phone and no answer. It was below freezing and for half an hour I knocked on doors and called the number. At 12:58am a very nice maintenance man Let me in, opened a room for me to sleep, but I couldn’t shower because there was no running water. Bathtub pipes were all over the bathroom.
