SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tuckahoe Westchester County

Truly a wonderful stay!! The hotel was friendly, clean and in a fantastic location. Not far from shopping areas and good restaurants. Our room was spotless and the atmosphere throughout the property was calm and relaxing. The breakfast was great each morning, which made our stay even more enjoyable. My husband and I stayed for two nights, and it was incredibly comfortable. Being in a hotel this comfortable made our trip even better. We also appreciated the free parking on the premises, along with complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV. What more could you ask for? We only wish we would have stayed longer... One thing for sure - we will definitely be back!!! :)

Positive: The room size was perfect for what my family needed. The staff was friendly. Negative: The bathroom could have been cleaner. Found hair in the sink and bath tub.

I stayed at this location for a long-stay and to a large extent appreciated my accommodations. The only issue—and for me, it was a major issue—was that I was never able to take a hot shower. I repeatedly contacted the front desk for assistance and was told the issue had been fixed by engineering. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Throughout my entire stay, I did not have a single hot shower. As a result, 3 stars is the maximum I can give, because taking a long hot shower is how I decompress and bring a sense of peace to my day-to-day routine. That said, the rooms are very clean, and housekeeping is extremely helpful.

We all have our likes and dislikes when it comes to amenities at a hotel, but cleanliness is what truly matters most, in our opinion! This is one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed at within this hotel brand. The room had ample space! Parking lot was a plus, and free/complimentary. Breakfast was breakfast, eggs, sausage, breads, muffins, cereal, fruit, etc., they change it up daily. Bathroom was large! Shower pressure was great and water was HOT! We would recommend this hotel to family and friends and will return in the future should our travel plans align.

The hotel is not too far from NY. It has plenty of free parking onsite. So it’s convenient for driving. Our room is spacious and I like it. The AC within our room is broken (it has strong wind blowing while nothing can stop it. The technician can fix on the next day but we only stay there for one night). They have free breakfast, but the breakfast space is so limited for so many people. People have to eat outside or take back to the room. Other than these 2, the hotel is good in general.
