SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Mills

Love love love this hotel. The staff were so nice, the blade lady up front was so nice and made checking in great. You know sometimes you walk into a hotel and you can tell like they just want you to leave yeah she was not like that whatsoever and the guy I think he's like the general manager he was really great too he came out and started helping me because she was with someone else and normally they don't care they just ignore you we stayed hotels a lot and I will tell you that 90% of the time unless you're at like a fancy resort they do not care and will not wait on you and give you dirty locks and just want you to go away. They were very welcoming, very kind and very helpful. The realm was so nice we had two queens and a pullout couch and it was just so nice and so clean. I'm super pic

Positive: It was clean and very modern. The staff was so friendly. Negative: Would like to have had a coin operated vending machine on the floor.

My mother was in town and had booked a room at the Springhill Suites after having such a delightful experience the previous stay. Upon arrival, she was shocked to see the hotel was having major construction done in the lobby and lower floor, which included the breakfast area and other amenities/elevators. Typically, at least for the hotels we worked at, if major construction was being done, incoming guests were notified ahead of time as a courtesy. There was no such courtesy given, so you can imagine my mother’s surprise when she arrived to check in and saw the renovations that were being completed. My mother booked a king room with a pull out sofa so I could stay with her and enjoy time together. The room was not up to par in terms of cleanliness. There was hair in the bathtub, the water

Wonderful staff this time we came here the front desk was so nice and helpful with all all requests, the rooms were wonderful and the new breakfast girl Alissa makes the food perfect (the last breakfast person always kept over cooking the sausage and eggs, the sausage used to be like jerky) and is delightful to talk to gave us all sorts of suggestions on where to visit nearby and where to visit on out next stay in Michigan. The only bad things were the remodel was really loud when my husband was supposed to be on phone meetings all day.

By far one of the best stays I have had in a long time. They are currently renovating their breakfast area as well as some rooms. However, it’s very clean and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms and comfort of the bed. Free breakfast in the morning is an absolute plus. The staff were friendly and professional.
