SpringHill Suites by Marriott Mishawaka-University Area

A very quiet and comfortable room with one exception. We could not get it warm enough to be comfortable with shoes off when sitting and watching TV. It was a winter stay, but I suspect corporate bean counters have the heat limited no matter what you set the thermostat at. No thermometer to see the actual temperature, just a bit cooler than we would like.

Prime location. 10 min from Notre Dame, Meijers across the street. Restersunts with walking distance or a short drive. Portillo's, Cheddar's, Mission BBQ, and those are 3 of my favorite. Rooms are older and they are getting ready for a renovation project upcoming. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There's a pool, breakfast hot and fresh. Been staying at this hotel over the past 3yrs for work. Had to stay at other places and still make it my first choice

Warm and welcoming hotel right in the heart of Mishawaka. Clean and spacious rooms. Special shout out to Rob and Kelly at the front desk for having a room for us after a long day of travel. We’ve stayed here before as we have family in town, and will continue to recommend springhill suites! Thank you all 🙏

I was literally robbed at this hotel by this hotel . It’s criminal activity. I book the room on February 14th and came to check in at the hotel. Lady at the front desk told me that my reservation was CANCELED. I never canceled my reservation. She told me that they will REVERSE money and that she will enter in her system that my reservation was cancelled BY HOTEL. This is happening at midnight, me , wife and four children including a baby . We had to go to a different hotel that night . Front desk lady told me that money will be reversed. 168$ . I called on February 16th and talked to a manager there and he told me that MONEY WILL BE REVERED to my account and that he just needs to update a online portal , it ll take a couple of days . I was ok with that . AFTER 10 days , I called again be

If you have kids don’t stay here room smelled like cigarette smoke their elevator is sketch stains in the couch horrible shower heads night staff can be kind day staff rude and will yell at your kids for WALKING in the hallway midday but then will let others Run in the hallways and stairs till past 10pm . Lots of horribly patched water damage spots in the ceilings. Would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend or be staying here again! And pools been broken for 6 weeks and going.
