SpringHill Suites by Marriott Kenosha

We had an outstanding weekend stay while shopping at the Kenosha outlets and attending concerts in Milwaukee. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. Check-in was incredibly fast and effortless, setting the tone for an stress-free visit. The staff delivered exceptional customer service—professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Our suite was spotless, quiet, and thoughtfully maintained, making it easy to relax after long days out. The breakfast exceeded expectations with fresh, high-quality options and a well-organized dining area. Every detail reflected strong management and pride in service. This hotel delivers comfort, efficiency, and consistency. We would absolutely stay here again.

We recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites for a wedding and reserved two rooms for our family. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning in one room wasn’t functioning properly. When we brought this to the front desk’s attention, we were told to simply "give it time" to cool. After multiple calls and growing discomfort, we were eventually informed that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative rooms were available. Maintenance was sent to address the issue, but when we returned later that evening from a wedding event, the room was unbearably hotter than before.||We were finally offered a room change at midnight or the next morning—far too late to salvage a comfortable night’s rest. Positive: I love the amount of space we had in our room Negative: There was long hair in the shower from a previous guest, smeared all over the wall of the shower. There was also a long hair in one of the beds.

Service was great. The cost saving features they have in the rooms make it less then desirable. Water doesn't make it barely over room temp in the sprinkle you get in the shower. Constantly fighting with light timers and motion sensors. But it is good for an overnight. Cleanliness of the room was ok.

I am Marriott Bonvoy Member who needed to stay at the Springhill Suites in 10Dec -12Dec2025. The front desk was very accommodating with my early check-in. My room, and rest of hotel premises were extremely clean, which is what I expect from a Marriott facility. In addition, the entire hotel staff (front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen server) were extremely friendly and had great interpersonal skills. , I will definitely stay there again as needed
