Springfield Inn

awesome facilities, all new and refurbished. the owners are great people and bend over backwards to accommodate the number of rooms and dates that we have needed year after year.

Does anyone know of how much these are a night or if they have a monthly rate. I'm moving to the springfeild area to work at the correctional facility and I'm trying to find a temporary solution for housing. Thank you. This looks like a great place.

The room smelled clean which is good. The sheets seemed clean. The problem was the shower. There were obvious signs it hadn’t been cleaned: multiple pieces of hair on it, something that looked spilled on the edge, a small piece of plastic in the corner. In the picture, you can see the multiple pieces of loose hair and the spilled substance. There was no one working there to get help from someone, and the person we were texting didn’t/couldn’t help us. We couldn’t take a shower because of this. The AC unit was really loud which took some getting used to. They may need to change out the AC unit because we accidentally turned the heat on when changing settings, and it smelled like straight smoke. We had to open windows to air it out. It is VERY simple but easy check in and clean and in a quiet area (the walls are not soundproof so it is very easy to hear one's neighbor on the phone). Elizabeth is nothing short of very hospitable and friendly. I wish I would have met her in person. I slept well and enjoyed the hot water.

I must say, I did not know what to expect when I arrived at the Springfield Inn, but immediately after check-in, all my doubts and fears were put at ease, and I could not have had a better stay. As a matter of fact, I have never stayed anywhere that the staff was so accommodating, friendly, and just genuinely nice people, who really cared for and looked after me and other guest while staying with them. It truly is like staying with family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a full kitchen for use, and a gas grill. They even loaned me golf clubs to use when I found out the town had a very nice 9 hole course to play. The best 8 day stay I have ever had. Thank you Teressa and Mark, you 2 are the very best!
