Spring Mountain Adventures

I was one of the first ones out on the trail, great condition for being so close by to Philly. While conditions were great, it's the people that make this place great. The woman I got the lift ticket from was super friendly, the guy at in the snack bar was quick to get me fed even with a busted leg, and my favorites are the lift guys; nothing but smiles and good vibes, all of them were great, especially the guy on far side with the awesome tunes. Thanks everyone for making my first trip back to Spring Mountain in probably 28 years a reminder of why I loved this mountain growing up. I'll be back frequently.

Had a blast here on New Years eve. Staff was all very friendly. It was very busy and they handled the crowd well. Took the group ski lesson and there was 3 instructors for a group of 10, which I thought worked really well and kept things moving. Lots of reasonably priced food options as well. Recommend going later in the day, it emptied out after 4pm super fast.

It was our first time here. Chose this place because they claim to have gentler slopes. And since I was teaching my son (last time I didn't, two years ago, and it was a disaster) I found it was a better choice. Everything was perfect. Staff helped getting my boots right (third one was it - I'm a big guy) and we had a blast. My son Max was gliding down and linking turns in less than half an hour. The late afternoon rain messed up the snow a little, but that's not on them. I highly recommend - also, lift and rental was considerably cheaper than normal.

I had so much fun! I would definitely recommend taking a private lesson. The pub is cozy with good food and views. Definitely hope to return soon, much closer than I had originally thought!

Absolutely amazing staff! The atmosphere is so friendly and warm. From the front desk ladies to the head instructor to Chris my son’s instructor and the friendly food truck guys. And overall the other parents and caregivers I met there. I was happy to see a diverse group. My grandmother used to take my father and my uncles here. My uncle (he ran the lift in 1974 lol) was so happy to see the pictures of my son taking lessons. Thank you for an awesome day and can’t wait for next weeks lesson.
