Spartan Hunting Preserve

Absolutely the best. Owner is straight up fantastic guy. Well managed in every detail from food, the hunt, the animals, the services for processing. This place is run right period. Hunt was great. It was 14 degrees with a hard wind and the scouts and guides were able to point us to some great hogs. Definitely worth the money. We came here for my son's 18th birthday/graduation trip. The staff made him a cake as well. I couldn't be more pleased with all aspects of the stay, the hunt, the services and the lodge.

Brought my son here for his 1st ever hog hunt and absolutely amazing. We have had such a great time. The atmosphere here is 2nd to none and the hospitality is the same. Hogs are huge food is good and the lodge is 5 stars. We have met some incredible people along the way. Steve, John. If your thinking about coming just pull the trigger you will enjoy yourself. We had a group of 5 hunt. All 5 of us harvested 600 lbs plus hogs! The lodging is top of the line. The food is great and guides are very professional and efficient!

Had the pleasure of hunting this preserve at the first of November 25. This place is absolutely wonderful and the experience is the as well. From the main man to to the staff everyone is a pleasure to be with and talk to. Great stories told and friendships made. I will be back and absolutely nothing but praise for this place. If you want a huge hog or a beautiful fallow or ram call Spartan and they’ll make it happen.

Absolutely an awesome place to come and hunt. Brought my 2 great-nephews and my future son-in-law. All four of us killed amazing sized hogs and had a great time. The lodge and food are 5-star. Staff made us feel welcome and took great care of us. Definitely a great place to come, hunt, eat, and relax!!!!
