Very clean, very good location for a traveler. Better breakfast than most economy style hotels in the USA. But why we'll keep staying there? The Staff. Led by Kyle, you won't find a better feeling given to the guests in any motel type hotel. From Housekeeping to the Manager, Kyle. Smiles and "good mornings" all around. The rooms appear to be new and modern and very nice beds and pillows. Stay here and you'll be more than satisfied. This place makes the Hilton Honors name true.

The hotel upgraded my king’s room to studio, which had a sink counter and very nice. Room was large and clean and comfortable. Staff, especially the front office manager Kyle, was welcoming and hospitable. He greets everyone in the lobby and makes them feel welcome. I liked the breakfast stations. One drawback is the poor sound insulation. I wore sound cancelling earbuds to go to sleep

Positive: Locationn Negative: No elevator & n choice to change to the 1st level even though I mentioned my knee problem & on a wait list for surgery

Very convenient for road trips to Oregon from LA. Service was extremely good ; the check in cashier was nice, they neatly cleaned our room, and they had amenities on the first floor. Rooms were beautiful, although the view was just Interstate 5. Inside the rooms were 2 beds, a TV, a bathroom, a fridge, a microwave, a wireless charger, and a convenient coffee maker. Overall 10/10.

For the second week in a row we have stayed here, From the moment we arrived, Kyle set the tone for an exceptional stay. Warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, he went above and beyond at every turn — anticipating needs before we asked, offering thoughtful local recommendations, and handling a last-minute room request with effortless efficiency. ||What stood out most was his personal touch: remembering my husband and my names…even after a week! He followed up to ensure everything was perfect, and delivering service with sincere warmth rather than just procedure. Thanks to Kyle the hotel felt welcoming and well-run; he is a true asset to the property. We’ll be back — largely because of the outstanding care we received. Highly recommended.
