Spark by Hilton Palatine Arlington Heights

We stayed here at the last minutes during a snow storm. What a lucky find! I didn’t expect so much for the great price. Rooms are nice. Continental breakfast is included. The best though was the desk staff. Very friendly and made sure our visit was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We needed a place to stay near the hospital, and we were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure they honor your requests. They have great pricing, comfortable beds, a nice variety for breakfast (my husband had organic granola with oat milk), and the room is very clean since this is a newly remodeled hotel. They do not have a fitness room. We would defnitley stay here again!

The hotel is newly renovated and most things are brand new. It's a no-frills hotel which is fine for most trips. I needed to print something and they had no business center, but they gladly did it for me at the front desk. The staff and service is above anything I've ever seen at this tier of a hotel. I would give the staff 6 stars if I could. I will be staying here again whenever I'm in town. Well done.

I work for United Airlines at the NOC in Arlington Heights just up the road - this place is perfect for us Commuters. The location is perfect, rooms are incredibly clean & spacious, and the staff is always friendly (Ricky has been very helpful). It was recently renovated and they did a great job. Plus - Coffee is always hot (and tasty). Keep up the great service guys!

Great hotel for the price. The water will take a few seconds to heat up when it's -10 F outside and the toilet paper is cheap, but it's super clean and brand new. The service is amazing and the beds are very comfortable. You are not sacrificing anything important by booking here.
