Spark by Hilton Essex Junction Burlington

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. From the moment I arrived, the experience was very positive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The room sounded like an echo chamber and had nothing in it except a bed and two nightstands. It appeared as if it was still new and they weren’t done furnishing it. There was a tv and mini refrigerator however no clock anywhere, no coffee maker and a chair that went under a desk. I only to stay one night and I paid $187 to stay in an unfurnished echo chamber. I would not recommend this hotel.

My family and I had a wonderful four-night stay at Spark by Hilton Burlington Colchester, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been better close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was conveniently near downtown as well as Burlington, making it easy to explore the area without long drives. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made relaxing after a full day of sightseeing so enjoyable. Overall, great experience. Nice they have a parking area underneath the hotel to help with when it snows. Close to Planet Fitness and local food spots. You can check in/out on the apps which was really convenient. Simple, clean, spacious rooms. Look relatively new and updated. Really everything we needed!

Checked into the hotel after a long drive. Got into the room and found that the TV was not working. It kept powering down without touching the remote. Left early in the morning and came back later in the evening. Noticed the same issue with the TV and also noticed trash was not emptied and no towels were replaced. We had a long day and didn’t go to the front desk at this time The next morning I stopped by the front desk to mention the TV issue. The response was ‘that is known issue with that room’. They said they would replace the TV and if not fixed, they would move us to another room. Came back that evening, the TV was on so we could watch some shows. Trash was not emptied nor was the floor cleaned. We assumed the TV was replaced. Can back in the evening. The TV did not work. Floor s
