Spacious Skies Campgrounds - French Pond

The people that we ran into that work here were just GREAT.|The sites vary a lot from big and nice to small and difficult to get into.|Our site required me to shift my truck into 4wd so I could back in.|I have never been to a campground with so many rocks. Care is required to watch for rocks and stumps.|Nice pond and dock.|The pool was not open but looked great.|No fires were allowed (boo hoo).|Let me complain about the men’s bathroom: no urinal. Shower was small and had no place to hang your towel or clothes.|They were clean.|We will be back.

My husband and I camped here, for a week in October 2025, and again, for many weeks in January and February 2026. Adam, the manager, was always accommodating, kind, gracious and extremely helpful. We had to extend our stay a many times and every time we spoke with Adam, We never felt like we were bothering him. We were ready to leave, and there was a snowstorm. We did not have a shovel and we were stuck. Ryan, was so helpful, He plowed us out and helped us clean off our camper. Ryan is very kind and helpful. My husband and I, highly recommend Spacious Skies.

I’ve absolutely Loved my spacious seasonal campsite these past several years. I grew up RVing with my parents, so I’ve camped at countless locations throughout the northeast. This campground (by far) is the most pristine, clean, and serene. It’s heavily forested and full of friendly wildlife. The Manager (Adam) and his crew do a phenomenal job with landscaping, utilities, and activities. Live Music in the Amphitheater is all~ways a fabulous time for all ages & I look forward to frequenting this venue for many years to come!

This was a phenomenal trip. The sites were spacious the bathrooms were clean and the water was hot. They had weekend activities for the kids, pool was clean and sitting by the lake with friends and family was exactly what was needed. They had kayaks and paddle boards. I can't say enough about how wonderful this trip was. The staff were extremely friendly too. We will definitely be back.

Campsite was nice, spacious, gravel area. Nice pool a bit small and store was well stocked next updated. Can not swim at pond beach. Campground need some maintenance some areas of campground are very run down. Doesn't seem anyone monitored campers noise or behavior after quiet hours, some were extremely loud until 2am which is way after quiet time. Not alot to do in the local area.
