Spacious ATV rental House 1 & 2 "Jake's Place

We stayed at Jake’s Place and had a great experience. Excellent location close to trails. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great outdoor spaces with a large covered porch, picnic table, and gazebo. Amazing water pressure in shower. Washer, dryer, and air fryer were available. Great communication with hosts as well! Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at nearby Jake's Place across the street and had a great stay! The owners are very accommodating of your needs and are very responsive. The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well furnished with cooking and eating utensils and included a dishwasher. There were lots of counter space available for cooking. We had just 5 out of 8 people in our party since 3 backed out but the house would have accommodated 3 more people nicely. We had plenty of parking available for our vehicles. The only issue was low water pressure for our first day, only because the town was working on the water lines. But the owners immediately alerted us of the issue and the water pressure was back to normal soon after. We will definitely stay here again.

Love this place. Always a great place to stay when we come to ride the trails. Plenty of parking with great amenities. Thanks Outlaw Houses for the great places to stay and live what you've done with the up grades.

We have stayed in the house on the corner behind the old store (same owners) large parking lot we tow a 53ft trailer with multiple sxs's on it. House is always clean, lots of beds plenty of room to park. Very affordable. This past weekend was our second time renting, and we will be back again for sure!! Close to multiple trails, gas station just a 10 minute ride away passes can be bought just 10 min away, outlaw bar and grill and ziggys is just 20 min away by sxs.
