Response to Owners: Everything I stated has corroborating call times and texts that I will gladly provide. I sent a text at 9:05 AM on SATURDAY not Sunday. I called at 10:45 AM after there was no response. I received a text back from Ely saying she preferred to communicate this way. I was assured she was contacting a plumber immediately. Several hours later after no response to follow up texts, I learned that Nicolas was working on a neighboring property(another renter told me). I informed him of the issue and he went back to his other property. I stopped his truck as he was leaving after informing Ely multiple times that I had an appointment and needed to shower. It’s not a hotel but more like an AirBNB. No one to help check in or ask questions. Sign on the shed in the parking lot said Office. We called the number we booked thru and had some questions about check in. They thought we wanted early check in and were very rude. Had a hard time understanding them so communication wasn’t good. There was black mold on bathroom door and refrigerator door dirty. Plug in on wall in kitchen was hanging off wall. The tv in bedroom didn’t work. Smoke detector was hanging off the wall exposing wires. Motorcycle parked outside our bedroom window. Close to the beach but the street hotel was on had a lot of construction. Wouldn’t recommend it!

Positive: Within walking distance to beach. Beds were okay Negative: No office or person to talk to. Booked a condo which was a joke. Fire alarm detached from ceiling. Electrical outlet in kitchen hanging from the wall. TV not working in one room. Stains on refrigerator door. Black mold on bathroom doors. It?s a scam!

This place is a scam, don't book your place here!! Unsafe and Negligent – Avoid At 2:00 AM 1/18/2026, we were locked out of Room #9 because the access code was invalid. Our passports and luggage were trapped inside, and my child had an early-morning flight. We called the property manager & emergency number repeatedly (20 times), sent messages via Booking.com, and contacted support. No response for over an hour. We were left outside in extreme distress. This is not a hotel, and there are no hunters on the premises; in fact, they are probably in another state. At 3:30 AM, with zero help, I had to hire a locksmith at my own expense (~$150) to break into the room. If you love tranquility, this is the place to be. A couple of steps and you are on the board walk and on Hollywood Beach. Huge beach, and blue water. Stores and restaurants are a couple of blocks from Oregon street, but you can enjoy the board walk, while enjoying an Ice cream.
