New owners have bought this hotel and they are doing an amazing job, rooms are bright, clean, and all for a bargain price No bugs, fresh smell, ample parking, close to I75...and lots of shopping near by..

It’s self check in so you basically are on your own. Looks like they tried to update them but they were disgusting food crumbs were all over the place. I slept on an air matress on top of the bed. I had no control of the heat so I had to run the ac full blast to combat the heat. None of the receptacles were grounded. The water is boiling in there so becareful. It said it had a kitchenette but I guess a mini fridge don’t count as that so I had to go buy a mini fridge and a vacuum to clean the place. I was there 3 weeks I had no choice because they had no refunds which should have been a red flag. This was in October 2025 so I guarantee they haven’t fixed any of it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place because soon as you pull up the place that looks like a ghetto apartment comp

Location wasn’t bad but the place was disgusting, no mini fridge, receptacles wasn’t grounded, food crumbs and kids toys all over the place, self checkin so no one to help you, water was dangerously hot, and no adjustment for heater’s so had to run ac full blast to combat the heater.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is a dump! Entered the room and the floor was filthy stained and not vacuumed.Ants,weird flies.Super hot in this room in March.Very very gross.Management just said to use bug spray! This place needs to be condemned.Rented through airbnb,I can't believe they've not been pulled from that platform.Not Airbnb quality at all .

I stayed with this host a total of almost 5 months, and had multiple issues. However, on my last stay here the host completely lost all respect from me and in turn my business. I could not turn the heat off my entire stay this past reservation. The host told me they couldn't send anyone out to fix it until the next day. I told them I wanted the night refunded and she agreed. Second day nobody came out again, I contacted the host and they seemed surprised and said they'd extend the same courtesy to the next night. I asked for the refund and the host waited until the reservation was ended and refunded me $25, not even one night. I slept with all the windows open the entire stay and still sweat every night, the heat was never fixed. There are no chain locks or secondary locks on any of the do
