Very welcoming RV park!!! Friendly management and employees. We love it here. Clean Laundry room,$1.50 washer $1.50 dryer for 1 hour, clean shower house with great water pressure and hot shower every time. A pool for summer months, a game room, bingo and a church if you want to go on Sunday. Lots of walking for your dogs (pick up your poop, doggy bags by trash cans). Visit the pond, catch and release. Lots of turtles and ducks. Southeastern Arena next door, events always going on. Love seeing the horses, when walking around the pond. Beautiful RV park. New owners doing a lot of work. Fantastic management. And Best of all the prices!!!! $20 a night for water and electric, dumping station on the way out. Thomas was so friendly and kind. Called about an overnight stay on our way through and that we would be arriving late and possibly leaving before opening. He left an envelope for us to put $20 in before we left. We didn’t end up leaving until after the office opened and he was there and asked how our trip was and remembered details of our conversation. There does not seem to be a lot to do in the area but we will stay again and have stayed in the last. $20 for 30 amp and water. Several amenities as well. Doesn’t get much better than that!! This campground has lots of potential, but it's still a nice spot for a few days rest on the road. For the cost it was good for us going cross country. It's not the best maintained campground, but nowhere near the worst. A little more gravel on the roads could help with a vast number of mud puddles, and a surprising number of pedals are bent, but they do appear to be doing some very minor maintenance. I say appear because I saw no work being done, but lots of material scattered about for projects. That being said, we will definitely stay here again and update this review. I don't put a lot of stock in off-season condition and repairs. Overall our hook-ups were perfect and we liked the buddy-style site configuration once we found our space. Perfect site for a meet-up. Great place to stay and everything is so nice and clean. Plenty of things to do, they have a pool, a playground and even mini golf! Big improvement on the bathrooms cleanliness.

Infested with roaches! Paid over the phone. No wonder it was so cheap and we were the only tent camper! Within 30 mins they were crawling on our tent and inside the restrooms. These are the German roaches! We are from Florida and won’t even stay at this dump! Save yourself time and energy. Unless you’re homeless or desperate-just don’t!
