Great Community with plenty of single wide, double wide, and RV spots. Level lots, but cellphone is limited to Verizon. ATT does not work. Zero tv channels without Xfinity. Lots of activities.

We never thought we would winter in Florida but we have found our home away from the cold Michigan winter. We couldn’t be happier than to call this home. Thank you Randy, Tess and your staff for keeping everything beautiful and well run

I have been there more than once, but I never get tired of going there. It is a very good place. It provides all the necessary services. Frankly, I would have liked to stay there more, but the circumstances did not allow me to. But every year I go there. It is a very wonderful place.Anyone who wants a place to go mechanically, this is the best place for you.

Super nice place! It is clean the people are amazing and the staff and owners are incredibly helpful and happy! If you are planning on coming to central Florida for an extended stay I highly recommend looking at Southern pines as your new home. This is a 55+ community that will surely add new dimensions to your life! Update: the pool and hot tub have been resurfaced with a gorgeous finish, and as an added bonus the pool is heated!
