Southern Michigan Marble Springs Campground

Stayed here 2 weeks ago for four nights. It's Okay. Pricey for the lack of amenities and current state. No Wifi. Spoke to the owner. Not interested in providing wifi. To expensive to install and why do you need wifi..? You camp to get away. Bath house was very dated. Toilet area was clean enough. Showers need serious updating. Used the handicap showers which were somewhat better. The water valves were very hard to turn on and off. The toilet near the pool area was disgustingly dirty. Overall the new owners need to do some serious updating. I wish them well. A lot of potential.

Have never been there before and never considered myself much of a camper but I will be now. Everybody very friendly and after speaking with campers that have been there a while they rave about the improvements and cleanliness. They have rental options if you don't want to tow a camper while Ken and Stacey were very welcoming. You must check out Marble Springs 2.0- I will be back!

Seasonal site NOT full hookups.!! Water &electric only. They do have honey wagon service, only runs on Wednesday, and yes they have dump station. Pool area has no chairs, so better bring your own. They said they did remodeling in showers, I looked at them, didn't see improvement. Don't ever see anyone around much, so are they being cleaned? It could be a nice place, they need to hire more help to actually maintain and run it like it should be. It is a quiet campground. Owners seem to be OK. I'm being transferred for work, explained that, but not willing to give any sort of refund at all. Didn't expect full refund for the time I won't be here but a partial would have been the honorable thing to do. I definitely would NOT ever stay again, seasonal.

We stayed here for four days in a site under the trees, and except for the weekenders, were nearly alone. The bath house by the pond could use a good cleaning, vents included, as could the laundry room, which had just one of the two washers working at the time. The pond was totally scummy; can't imagine anyone swimming there. On the good side, the hosts were extremely helpful, the fishing pond yielded bluegills, and the bathrooms and showers in the office building were very nice. The website has photos that depict this as a wonderful site for children, but we didn't see it that way. Nonetheless, it was a nice campground and we enjoyed our stay there.

Wonderful camping experience. The owners are very friendly and don’t hover or bother you. When we first arrived and set up, they came around asking if we needed firewood. They drive around a couple times a day but leave you alone. It’s a beautiful place with lots of water. When we stayed, there were lots of kids so you can safely let your kids run off to the park to play with the others. There are no golf carts or UTV’s allowed (unless you are seasonal and you can have electric only) but the lack of all that traffic was actually pleasant. We took our bikes and it worked out well. The bathrooms were just remodeled and are nice. There are two playgrounds and lots of open space. The hiking trail through the woods is really cool, with streams running through.
