The moment I met Cami and Chris I immediately knew I wanted South Park Homes to build our forever home. My instincts couldn't have been more correct! After years of my husband and I planning, today we are moving into our new home within days of the timeline we were given. It is gorgeous and everything we wanted. The entire process since day one has been fantastic! Cami has been so much more than someone who works at South Park. She goes beyond all expectations! She is friendly, available when needed and knowledgeable. Her expertise in styles, colors and those little details is so helpful when planning every aspect of the home of your dreams. It's been 4 years since the day we moved into the worst decision of our lives. Roof leaked, island caught fire, crooked fixtures, tubs and showers weren't sealed right and has a mildew smell from under the tub now, siding is falling off, and on and on. They even ripped paint off of our storm door then never fixed it. The only good contractor that works for this place is the excavators. Everyone else did a subpar job at best, and I'm assuming the inspector is in their pocket. I do have a house now... So yay. Don't walk away, run.

We worked with South Park for our home and have been in it for a year and a half now and love it. South Park was amazing to work with, great communication, honest & trustworthy with high quality contractors and it was a smooth process overall. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough about South Park. The office staff is welcoming and helpful. Always a call, text, or email away. All of the contractors were very knowledgeable and professional. If there was ever an issue or question on something, I would receive a phone call right away before they did anything or made any changes. We love our new home and would highly recommend South Park! From paperwork to walking through our front door, it was around 7 months. Wonderful experience all around!
