South Neptune RV Retreat

What a terrific spot to relax and enjoy the beach vibe without the crowds, traffic and stress. The Forgotten Coast is a special place, noted for beaches, fishing, exploring, kayaking and great little restaurants. The S Neptune RV Pad is just about perfect, starting with the covered areas for relaxing out of the sunlight. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed and is great for biking, riding the beach in a golf cart and watching spectacular sunsets. We had previously stayed twice at the adjacent RV pad but now we prefer being under the shelter. We will definitely be back.

The good: Stayed for 3 weeks. Great location. Nice covered area. Shade from the trees helps with the morning sun. Easy walk to the beach. Very peaceful and quiet area. The bad: Flies and mosquitoes were crazy because of the brushes/trees between the lots. Most of the light bulbs are burned out and a few of the light housings are damaged from campers hitting them. I do not recommend this spot if you have a camper over 40ft. We have a 45 ft 5th wheeler and had to use most of the neighbors driveway to back in and get out. It’s doable with a large rig but could be issues if the neighbor will not move their car. The road and the area in front of the lot looks bigger in the photos than it really is.

I just reserved again for late October. This a a quiet, laid back area that is so peaceful. The beach is dog friendly too!

I really don’t know how you could ask for more. The site has plenty of room, light and power… It has a perfectly flat and smooth concrete slab that is quiet, and covered, in a beautiful spot only a block or so from the beach and you can hear the waves at night. Lots of room. The owners are a joy to deal with and truly care about you having a great experience. If you want to experience Indian Pass the way it truly is this place is worth every penny. Best site we have had in years of going there. We will be back. It was hard to leave. Highly recommend 👍🏻
