I don't know why they showed us the trailer in the condition it was in. The pics on FB were VERY deceiving and it was in terrible condition. The neighborhood seemed very sketchy and we definitely will NOT be living here!!! Pretty sure there was mold behind the shower, in one of the bedrooms. I would not want my son to live in these conditions.
The owners are cleaning up and changing things around! Better neighbors and new homes have been brought in!
The owner is so out of touch. He's hired several property managers who either have or are embezzling money. There is no maintenance to speak of. The current manager cannot be gotten ahold of. It used to be a nice park but it is so rundown now.
Would definitely recommend it to others, friendly neighbors, Loving families, and beautiful area out in the country. The park is very clean as well!
