Positive: Room was very nice. A sofa bed would have been nice but there was a nice recliner. Full size refrigerator. Dishwasher, stove top, large bathroom and high desk top. Bed was comfortable Negative: The 5.95 parking charge per night. The in/out of parking to main street was inconvenient.

This place is great. I initially had an issue between Expedia and the hotel. The manager Rafael handled it immediately. The clerk at the desk ,Nick, was wonderful also. I will stay here again. My go to hotel when I'm in the area. I would recommend booking through the hotel site and not a third party in case there are complications.Thanks guys for all your service. Cheers !

The location was convenient, the atmosphere was decent quiet outside. |I had an issue in my room with the running allnight(noisy) so had to close the bathroom door. In the morning first use the toilet was stopped up causing it to overflow. |When called to front desk I was told to cut off the water valve and they would fix it. He came up with plunnger and towels. After we got it to stop over flowing it still was running. I asked for the floors to be properly mopped with antibacterial or room changed both were denied because he said they were short staffed and all rooms full . I begged for them to at least mop because it was the toilet after all overflowing not just regular water. I left for a funeral service came back my room had not been touched. |Next staff immediately got me another room

Genuinely one of the best stays I’ve ever had solely because of the comfort and help of the staff and everyone who works here. I was welcomed very nicely by the main guy who works at the front desk and we talked football (go Jaguars by the way!) after we left our suite we forgot multiple items on accident and was immediately helped by staff, from the lady to the front to Emma the housekeeper talking to us and helping us from the bottom of my heart thank you and this is one of the best stays you will ever have

Bathroom no hand soap, towel holder falling off the wall. Had an issue with my toilet running allnight. Eventually the toilet overflowed while in use. The staff member brought towels and a plunger. I asked if I could have the room properly mopped or change rooms seeing as though toilet water flooded the whole bathroom and was still running. He told me they were too short staffed for it to be mopped and sprayed with antibacterial and they were too full for me to change rooms. They weren't understanding at all and I was visiting for a funeral which I explained. I asked if while I was gone someone could take the mop over the floor takes 5 seconds was told yes just to shut me up but when I returned nothing was done same toilet shoe print on the floor. THANK GOODNESS for staff change she assist
