We stayed in room 328 and the animal uren smell was so disgusting!! We could barely sleep between the smell or uren and the loud vehicles on the highway. I booked my room on your website and I was supposed to get a king bed with a pool view and that specifically what I wanted because I didn't wanna be in a room where I heard vehicles on the highway all night long. I was placed in a highway facing room anyway, and when I called to have the room changed the guy at the front desk said there was no available rooms and that if I have a problem with a noise to use earplugs. I couldn't believe that was his solution. The sink kept backing up and plugging up so that was a problem. I called the front desk, a second but I saw it. It eventually drained. Positive: Location is good.p Negative: Yes. The room smelled like cigarettes. We woke up with irritated throat from it. The room location (rm 102) was at end of hall on first floor, adjacent to a very loud slamming exit door to the parking lot. All night it was opening and closing.

It was late at night before we finally landed at this hotel. The staff was amazing, friendly, and so helpful. I can especially speak for Neval at the front desk. ||The rooms are very clean. I would recommend getting a suite, though, if you have more than two people. We had three in our room, and we definitely needed a suite. ||Neval went out of her way to place us in one as soon as one was available. ||It wasn’t an easy transaction, as we had already prepaid for a smaller room. This hotel met all of my expectations as I travel for extended periods of time. The Mart that is available for meals or snacks was fully stocked. The front desk employee Nehal was very receptive and speedy to make sure that I had clean towels and my rooms trash was removed as I requested. I would highly recommend this hotel for the short business traveler.

This hotel is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I checked into this hotel expecting a normal, safe sta instead I was met with false accusations from front desk staff. A receptionist claimed that my children were calling and “harassing” them at 11:30 pm last night which never happened because all of my kids were asleep then as we are sick and knocked out from anti biotic. When I calmly asked for proof, the story kept changing. she told me one story, my son another story, and the police another story. The behavior felt dishonest and unprofessional, and one staff member even used intimidating language even with my son.
