Sonesta Miami Airport

BEWARE!!! We booked 2 rooms and pre-paid in full a 5 hour Day room at this hotel through an independent provider. When we arrived we had to put up a $50 (pending) credit card hold. Two hours after we left we had noticed that both rooms had been charged an additional $93 plus $43 over and above the paid room. We contacted the hotel and was told there was no such charge, we contacted the hotel contractor and they said the charges were in error and would be removed. 4 days later and the $50 was removed but not the other 2 charges. We contacted our bank to dispute the charges and they advised that it is a possible fraud against our credit card. We are still waiting for the reversals or for the credit card company to resolve and reverse the unauthorized charges. Update: after much assistanc

Just received amazing service from the whole hotel team. friendly staff was what we needed after a long and to say in the least worst flight ever, we were taken care of in the most amazing way by the whole team. From the rooms to the upgraded dining experience , we had time to rest and get energy to set our journey further. I stayed in many hotels around the Miami airport but you created some returning customers out of us. Can only recommend this hotel for any traveler out in Miami

Terrible Experience. First is takes 30 mins to check in because the front desk has to hand write 2x6 vouchers for the breakfast package i upgraded to and PAID FOR. just to then be charged for breakfast every single day at the end of my stay. BSFFR. Also only finding out during that 30 mins that pool is CLOSED. the one cool feature that makes this hotel stand out - honestly the reason I picked this hotel. CLOSED and for no good reason because from my poolview room I can see the perfectly working pool with all the lounge chairs just packed up on the edge of roof. so its closed and unusable. House Service is suppose to come every 3 days - by day 4 we ask we had to make a special request for service. we even scheduled it for 9am the next day. by 11am we have to go back down to front desk to AS

I had a wonderful stay at the Sonesta Hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The restaurant was spotless, and the food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Everything about my stay was comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. A special thank you to Fatima, whose service was outstanding; she was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, which truly made a difference. I’m very grateful for such a great experience and look forward to returning.
