Sonesta Bee Cave Austin Hill Country

Amazing hotel!!! We booked Sonesta Bee Cave for our wedding room block and the staff there were a dream! Jose Galan was awesome to work with especially with getting everything situated for our guests which was a VERY large party. They handled all our needs and concerns with ease. They were kind to our guests who had a blast at the pool and the rooftop bar. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bridal suite is beautiful! Could not have asked for a better place for us and our guests for the weekend. Highly recommend!

Booked a room with two queen beds directly, but upon arrival, we were told there were none available due to “water damage.” Instead, we were given a king room and told a rollaway would be brought up. It didn’t arrive until 11 p.m., and it felt like lying on bare springs. Our son ended up sleeping on the couch.|To make things worse, our alarm was set for 6 a.m., presumably by a previous guest, and woke us up far too early. We couldn’t get back to sleep after that. When we spoke to the front desk the next morning, we were told the reason for the room issue was that the hotel had been overbooked.|We insisted on being moved to the correct room type for the following night, as our son had barely slept. In their defense, they did comp us for one night, but only after we had to ask for it.|The ni

Positive: "" Negative: The toilet wouldn?t shut off and was noisy all night even with bathroom door closed. The alarm clock beside the bed was pre-set and went off at 4:45 AM. I had not planned to rise until 7:00AM!

I loved staying here! Ben checked me in and he was really friendly, nice, told me everything I needed to know about my stay and had a contagiousss positive energy. Whenever my requests for housekeeping weren't getting done, he called my room and followed up with me & immediately got things taken care of swiftly. The fact that he even called the room after to confirm I got what I had requested made it all better. That's called GREAT customer service! That made me feel appreciated. Great stay!

Great experience here two years in a row for a work conference/banquet. Staff is friendly and helpful and the entire place is super clean. Overall feels quiet and safe. The parking garage is a little tight but even with our large group of people there, it was plentiful.
