Somerville Inn and Suites

1. Outer door does not close all the way, big cracks in them. Snakes and lizards can come into room without warning. 2. No King size beds available. 3. Outer door on second room, key card reader was broken, and the manager could not get it working. 4. No microwaves, so rooms no refrigerators. False advertising through booking.com, as these items are listed but not there.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Somerville Inn And Suites. The bed was very comfortable and I rested very well. I have in the past often paid much more at other motels for the same amenities that I was given here! The unit had a working microwave and a refrigerator. Very good value! I would stay here again!

I have a medical service dog and stayed at this motel and the first night. I had a decent room. Once she found out, I had a service dog she put me in a disgusting room. The comforter had stains on it. It was dirty. I put it on the ground for my service dog to sleep on the floors were dirty. The tub looked like a murder scene. It was stained. I didn’t wanna take a shower on it. The shower was cold. It did not get hot. The sink was stained. The fridge did not work and the TV did not work. She refused to come help me because she was taking care of three kids. What a way to run a business taking care of kids and not having any help And then she tried to overcharging me for the dirty comforter saying my service dog was not trained first of all service dog cannot be a service dog unless they are

I went here and they wouldn’t let me buy a room for the night if there was more than two people to a room, for a two-bed room!! And when I did get my room after having to buy 3 for 6 people, there were baby roaches (water bugs) by the shower and the microwave was nonexistent because apparently someone left with it and they have still yet to put another in! I thought I was staying at a nice family hotel and instead got a 2 dollar lady of the night roach motel, if I could give 0 stars I would. Pitiful.

1st room was someone else was in. Second room was not occupied but Sheets and bed spread were dirty and there were no Towels and no toilet paper and the fridge didn't work. Third room was cleaner but microwave didn't work. We did have to clean the counters and desk tops and remove all the dust but still better than the other two rooms. She promised to replace the microwave but didn't. I stopped by the next evening and asked for toilet paper and the microwave and she promised to bring them in 20 minutes. After an hour I went to sleep. Next morning I got up 6;30 and no toilet paper and no microwave. I went to the customer service window and rang the bell 3 times in 20 minutes. No one came. I called.
