We had battery problems when we arrived at Snowbird South. The campground manager, Theresa, went over and above to find a battery charger for us. Unfortunately we still had to buy two new batteries. One of the other campers , Dan, helped us take the batteries out and waited for us well over an hour to help put the new batteries in. This is a very special campground with outstanding people. We highly recommend it.
When we first.spoke to management ,they told us everyone pays the same.price here. They changed their.mind after.we put up a 11,000 canopy that we had to pay full price yr around and not eligible for the 6 and 6 but others did get the 6 and 6 ,mind you we came in Dec. 2023. Another couple came in Nov of 2023 and were given 6 and 6. On another situation one of the managers was blocking part of the rd cutting a tree down , so my husband wanted to avoid driving in the back yards and water lines of 2 of the residents. He drove through a empty lot that had been driven through several times. The manager backed my husband up in a corner and said in a extremely degrading voice "WHEN I TELL YOU TO DO SOMETHING I EXPECT.YOU TO DO IT "! Any professional would have said ,"Bruce I would just like t
Nice and quiet RV park. It is clean and everyone in the park is very friendly and helpful
It was not a terrible stay quiet. Everybody kept to themselves no real attraction to the place either out in the middle of nowhere. The thing that gets me was something as simple as a deposit that was discussed to be returned at the end of the stay .. ended up staying 3 of the 4 weeks I paid upfront I tried reaching out to the owners/management several times in that third week trying to inform them I was going to be leaving early. They did not even bother to answer my calls or call back. Finally I was able to speak to somebody three weeks later, I called out of the blue after sending several emails with no response. I got somebody on the phone to discuss my deposit. I was informed that my electric was going to be taken out of it. I’ve had it hooked up for months at a time before so I know
My wife and I chose this RV park after doing lots of research. There are plenty of parks in that area, but the Snowbird South RV Park is the most scenic and it's one of the least expensive parks. My wife and I loved walking around the pond, through the woods, and along the creek. My two dogs loved running around the largest dog park that I've ever seen. My neighbors were all really friendly and quiet. The couple who manage this park, Teresa and Wendel were so patient, friendly, and accommodating. It was much appreciated. We also really liked playing BINGO in the club house. Although it feels very rural there, you're still close to fun towns like Leesburg, Wildwood, Bushnell, and Webster. Overall, I had a wonderful time during our 2 month stay and I highly recommend that you give this RV p
