Snowbird RV Resort

This is the greatest place. The people are wonderful to work with had to stay another night. But was gonna be gone for 3 nights have to leave camper They made me a heck of a deal.

***SNOW BIRD RV RESORTS*** NON LEGAL EVICTION 10/2/25 VIOLATION OF LEASH LAW & PET OWNER RESPONSIBILTY*** I Dennis Fagan, 10/02/2025 recieved a notice from management . The noticed stated that I need to pick up dog poo against the fence line, so maintenence workers dont step in it or should havevto pick up Dog poo when clening out at fence line. Since I dont own any pets I went to management. I informed her I don't have any pets, and my yard is clean of debris and trash. She stated it is tenants responsibility to pick up dog poo. I recited the rules that state, All dogs must be on leash and not tresspass into others lot. I Also stated it is the responsibility of dog owner to clean up after their animals and they should locate the dog owners and give them the notice and or fines. She sa

I stayed here Aug 2025 because I was in transition and in between one home that was sold and one house we were waiting to move into. The staff was very kind and accommodating helping me with office stuff like copies and mail. They had clean showers, a gorgeous pool, and lots of other amenities. Would definition recommend this place and also stay here again.

I have been at Snowbird RV for almost 2 year's . I feel safe , yes staff is very helpful and there's always crafts, pot lucks during the week. A extra refrigerator in club house for residents and one in the breeze way Some seniors choice to have Snowbird be there last resident the choice is to be by there friends they have known for 10 plus years and the kids are all grown up with there families with no time for the parents . Rent is reasonable, Sharon the manager listens to her residents if there's an issue she will correct it. Terri and the security guard are both awesome You will always see Terri cleaning up or trimming the trees..

Trying to get ahold of this place after 10:00 am. Isn't possible. It goes to an answering machine & they don't return phone calls. There's a supposed guard shack that has a mannequin in it. There's mangy cats running around. At 4:30 pm the water went off. There's no emergency phone number on the list of rules so we called the regular number and left a message. No return call. The water came back on at 7:00 pm. Don't book several days in a row!! They will not refund your money. Many of the rigs are old & tattered.. If I was by myself I would have left right away. There is not proper lighting anywhere which is a safety issue. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this one was necessary.
