Snohomish Inn

This goes down as one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was very dirty and uncomfortable and noisy. Lighting was dark and air conditioner noisy.. Bottom line, the. room was a disaster. There were not enough surfaces to find room to place toiletry articles, etc. Not enough working outlets to plug in iPhones and laptop and other electrical devices. At best, a third world experience. To make matters worse, the towel rack came off in my hands when I lightly held on to it, cutting my arm and causing it to bleed profusely. Clearly it had been improperly repaired. When I complained to the young lady in reception and asked to speak the the manager (who was not on site) she refused to give me the manager's phone number. Clean and quiet however falls short on quality and comfort based on price of the room compared to other places the mattress is thin and hard heating and cooling of the room I found it hard to achieve a good room temperature too hot or too cold is what you get topped with a poor night sleep makes this a last resort place to stay

We had room 203 we stayed in Mid July 2025, two queen beds. Older hotel, but clean. Comfy beds. Soft blankets, clean sheets, including mattress covers. Spacious room. Air conditioning nice. Room Smelled good. Quiet room away from road. Powerful shower, wow! Loved the 24hr expresso stand in the parking lot. Coffee service was nice. Check in and check out was good and quick. Quick walking access to river and downtown shops. Restaurant across the street. Price for three days two nights was $310, totally worth it. We came for a funeral.

Loved my stay 2 nights stay here in September! The staff were so friendly. My room was very large, comfortable, clean and quiet. the jet tub was the largest tub I've ever seen although I didn't take a bath. The 24 hour coffee stand outside is amazing! I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to others.

I love these huge rooms. They are always super clean and very spacious and inviting. You have to go to the coffee stand for ice if you need it. The water in the rooms during these winter months does not get hot and won't stay warm enough for a shower, apparently they're trying to find solutions for that but weve stayed here a number of times with cold water only.
