Lots of interesting terrain and short lift lines. Retro-style small base lodge. Lots of nice blue trails, which make up the majority of the mountain. Besides the ice to be expected east coast skiing, we did have thin cover. Plenty of powdery snow between the trees, though. One of our favorites on the east coast for its versatility and lift lines
Me and my friend came up from Pennsylvania and we had an amazing time. Great views and amazing trails. The only thing that sucks is the lift closes at 4:00pm. Other than that, it was a fun time. Definitely will come back up here this upcoming winter.
Smugglers' was a great, they had some good powder and a variety of trails. The lodge had a variety of lunch and snack options. As an older mountain, they only have slow doubles, which can be tough on a cold day, but it helps to keep the lines/wait down.
Great spring conditions. Plenty of snow and 2 lifts running on april 4th, black diamonds and blue trails.
My favorite mountain to ski at. Great variety of trails and the view from Madonna is breathtaking. Vintage skiing at its best.
