Sleepy Willow RV park and propane

Watch out for these crooks. I had to pay over the phone to reserve a spot for camping. They said they would give me a site number when we arrived. When we arrived the door was locked with a phone number to call. We Called the phone number multiple times with no answer, left voicemails and no call back. There were other customers stuck with us dealing with the same problem. We ended up leaving and finding another campground which put us in a bind. I finally got a hold of that slack jaw owner the next day and He told me he did not have his phone on him. All I asked was for my deposit back and he said absolutely not. The only way to get your money back is if you report them for theft. Do not ever stay at this Campground, this place looks like a meth camp with all the run down campers and twea

Took our deposit and didn't show up to give us the campsite. Only way to get your money back is to file a report! We're warning you now, do not give these owners your credit card information! They will steal your deposit.

We reserved a spot. We did not get any information so had no lot number. We showed up no one was there. We called 3 times no answers we waited for about 30 and left. Had to get a new place because had to get to work. They finally called over 24hrs later we explained to them and asked for our deposit back and they refused... i would not use this place... horrible service

This place was HORRIBLE. Tryed to keep my deposit. They were not there when we showed up to get out site. No email confirmation of what site we reserved. But did charge the card ASAP. The place is trash not maintained at all. They don't have any amenities like showers or washroom. The owner doesn't care just wants your money but does not provide decent service. They make you call them and someone is SUPPOSED to show up in 5 mins but never did. I would never stay here not with the money there is bettwr places for sure....

I made the mistake of not listening to the other reviews on here. I paid my deposit over the phone because we weren’t able to get there early and all others in the area were full. When I pulled into this place there was no way I would have parked my camper with my family at this park it is a junk yard in the getto. Tried to get my deposit back and that was not going to happen. But I was just happy it was only $45 and we didn’t get mugged while we were turning around our camper in a cramped junk yard parking lot.
