Beautiful, clean room! Comfortable beds! Great bedding and towels! Perfectly supplied amenities. LOVE the design and decor. Virtual check-in worked perfectly! I greatly appreciate the room cleanliness, the smell of cleaning products was a bit strong. Parking at the room was good, but backing out with the narrowed lot at the end of the building and picnic table placement was a bit of a challenge, especially when the car was parked at the next room. Later we noticed other cars backed to the opposite side of the lot and wondered if we should have done that. Defined spaces for each room may be helpful. Overall, excellent stay!

Sleepy Bear was very clean, beds were comfortable, newly remodeled which was beautifully done. Location was great. Would highly recommend.

Communication was excellent for check-in directions and follow up. Room was very clean and comfortable. Mattress felt like a memory foam--very sturdy. Amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave were great to have in the room.The location was a little close to a main road--but made for easy arrival and departure.

I really wanted to like this place especially since its renovation but the difficulty to communicate with someone in person if there is an issue is not available. Everything is done virtual, which, during our stay there? We had lost power at nighttime. So nobody working the front desk made it pretty difficult to have it resolved. Immediately. We ended up having to switch rooms and got locked out of our room that all of our stuff was in unable to access it into the very next morning when someone could be there at THEIR convenience. Don't even bother using their towels Because if you get a single mark on them ( which they decided to have white towels, but expect no stains or anything to get on them so not very kid friendly, like they say), they're going to charge you $30 a piece for Dollar G

Very clean. Two queen sized bed in one room. Bathroom was immaculate. Fridge with freezer and direct tv. Coffee pods with bottled water and a heater that kept us warm. Ten out of ten for a quaint small motel
