Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort & Spa

Deeply disappointed. Has the quality plummeted? This was my third time staying here, and while my previous two visits were great, this experience was a disaster. We paid $70 for breakfast (2 adults, 1 child), and it was a complete waste of money. Everything served was cold, and the milk was actually spoiled. To make matters worse, there was no heat in the restaurant—something we weren’t told until after we were already seated. Between the freezing temperature and the bad food, it was a miserable experience. I won’t be coming back. Don't go there.

The atmosphere is good, it is clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are like little adjoined cabins. Everything costs and they will nickle and dime you at every turn. I tried to eat diner at their restaurant and, at 5:45 in the evening they were out of everything except 2 dishes - shrimp or pasta. The coffee shop was out of skim milk. There is a remote controlled light in the cabin we stayed in that attached to a ceiling fan which would turn on and off randomly a couiple of times a night. There is almost no insulation so sound is an issue between rooms and the cabin takes a long time to heat up from the 65 degrees they keep it at when you enter. Nothing is included, a one hour late checkout is 75 and breakfast buffet is 25. They provide carts so you can shlep all your baggage

We were so pleased with this property! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the grounds are beautiful with plenty of scenic spots and unique art installations. The rooms are cabins that are contemporary with many amenities and accoutrements. It would be an amazing place for a wedding! The location is perfect—close to hiking trails and just a short drive to the charming Bavarian town of Leavenworth. It’s lovely year-round, but October is our favorite time to visit when the fall colors really come alive.

We've stayed at Sleeping Lady a handful of times and every time we leave feeling so rejuvenated and impressed. The rooms are incredibly clean & comfortable, the staff are all excellent, the food is great, and the location, amenities are so enjoyable. We recently had our wedding at Sleeping Lady and could not have had a better time. Jena and Kevin in particular were outstanding throughout the planning process. Everything went smoothly throughout the weekend and all the guests had a fabulous time! We had one minor hiccup during the Welcome Party and the staff & management were quick to address it. They were on top of every detail, super ethical in how they run their business, and made the entire planning process and weekend enjoyable and the best weekend of our lives. Highly recommend for we

The beds and pillows were the most uncomfortable beds I think I’ve ever sleep on even my 12 year old complained about them. The beds are all springs and no comfort, except for a very thin pillow top so they are very, very, very firm. The duvet is uncomfortable because it has flaps that your arms get stuck in at night. The breakfast they offer is a 25$ per person Buffett that’s really “meh” at best. The pet fee to me is outrageous for one night I paid 100$ just to have my 2 small dogs with me. The room is extremely tight quarters so if you do have an actual family that you bring, you will have to make sure you’re not all trying to move around at the same time. The shower is warm … not Hot!
