Sleep Inn & Suites South Jacksonville

I absolutely love the time I spend at Sleep Inn! The rooms are always so clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the pillows are amazing — I always sleep so well. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every employee is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about your stay. No matter what you need, someone is always there to help with a smile. They truly make my experience so much better each time I visit. I especially want to recognize the manager, Tyler. He does an outstanding job taking care of guests and leading his team. His customer service skills are exceptional, and it’s clear he communicates wonderfully with his employees. You can see the positive atmosphere he creates. Because of the staff and Tyler’s leadership, this hotel truly feels like a home away

The sleep in & suites was very clean and all of the staff was friendly and helpful all of the rooms I saw were aliquot size and cleaned to perfection. breakfast was simple but wonderfully tasteful. we plan on staying there every time were visit south Jacksonville.

My husband and I stayed here for just over a week and the service was amazing! The staff are super friendly, the rooms are very clean and the location is great. Will stay here again the next time we are in town!

2nd Time staying here and it was just as good as the last time. Check in staff was excellent. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok, Typical hotel breakfast. Will stay here again if in the area. Elevator is kinda slow. Has a pool table in a gaming room. Smaller size pool.

Excellent experience. Motel was clean. Room was very nice. Customer service was very good. Dog fee was reasonable. Only negative was extra charge for late checkout, which we found out of the ordinary. Otherwise, nice job Sleep Inn!
