Sleep Inn & Suites Mount Olive North

Positive: I didn’t like the the swimming pool was closed. But besides that, I liked everything. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was good for my standard I don’t need much. Cleanliness was very good!! The elevators were clean and fresh. Negative: ""

Great location within walking distance to restaurants and across the street from Walmart. Very quiet. Decent rooms. Beds are a little hard but still fairly comfortable. The one thing that was a negative was that when I went into the bathroom the next morning there was a small pool of water in the tub that was rust colored and I'm not sure what it actually was. Thankfully I had taken a shower the evening before.

We had a mixed bag of nights at the Sleep Inn. When we checked in the room they gave us was a one bed handicapped access room on the ground floor when my reservation clearly said 2 double beds. This was quickly fixed when I mentioned it to the people at the desk. Then our first night, someone in a room near us was smoking weed almost the whole night and it really stunk up our room. I asked in the morning to move to a new room and explained the reason and was given a new room. The 2nd night there was loud thumping and banging from the room above from 8-11:30. It sounded like kids continuously jumping off the beds. We called the desk and the sounds soon stopped so I assumed the hotel addressed it. We were also told the next morning that the people that had been smoking weed the night before

I stay there every week on business. The staff is nice and they act like they’ve seen me for the first time 🫣. I kinda like the breakfast. The rooms are always clean. The check in/out is painless. It’s quiet for the most part. The Reciept is always under the door in the morning. I mean, it’s great!

Came in at around 1 in the morning a couple days ago. I Didn’t catch the young ladies name at the desk. she was such a help! I don’t speak good English so Im using google translate for this! I didn’t know how to speak to her but she pulled out google translate and helped me get a room! Me and my family were very exhausted from our road trip and we needed an accommodation quick! Thanks to that young lady!
