Sleep Inn & Suites Monroe - Woodbury

I really liked the atmosphere at this hotel. You can tell they prioritize cleanliness because everything was very, very clean. The beds were comfortable, and since the building is in a quiet spot, it was very peaceful at night. The staff was also very polite and handled everything well. Overall, it’s a great and reliable place to stay. It’s a very peaceful property, and the lobby is nice and quiet as well.

I randomly picked the Sleep Inn & Suites to have a three day getaway with my partner and it’s a gem in this upstate area. The Staff members, Jenice & Fibi are so warm and welcoming in their own ways.||Jenice greeted us with warm hospitality and a soft voice. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the area, patient, and offered solutions to weather the snow storm. Fibi was also sweetly accommodating during and even beyond the designated breakfast hours - not only with me, I witnessed her gracefully feed a man who didn’t speak English & used a translation device. Ultimately, she welcomed and served us from the hotel kitchen like it was her very own home. ||The property and rooms are clean and well maintained. In this holiday season, they are offering yummy hot chocolate and coffee in the lob

When I arrive at this hotel and walk through the doors I am greeted both professionally as if I just arrived home. The staff greets you as part of their family. From check in to check out they go above and beyond to assist with any requests or recommendations that you might ask. This hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The breakfast is always a variety of choices and they constantly are adding new items so if you are staying for a few days there is a variety of options.

The room was clean and comfortable. The free shuttle service to Blooming Hill Farm for the wedding I was attending can't be beat. The breakfast, and the 24-hour coffee, tea and chocolate chip cookies was wonderful. The receptionist at the check-in counter was very efficient and nice to work with. She also turned out to be our shuttle bus driver. She works very hard and is a lovely person. I don't remember her name but on my print-out, she is referred to as lpupps. She should be commended.

Phenomenal check in. The lady at the front desk really nice. We were greeted with cookies and hot chocolate. Great clean room. Comfy bed. Follow up phone call to see if all our needs were met. This will be our hotel stay for now on when we go to Woodbury Commons.
