Sleep Inn & Suites Millbrook - Prattville

I wish this was a better review. We have family that lives a mile away from this hotel and we have stayed a few times a year for the past several years. We're always impressed with the clean smell when walking in the lobby and they seem to take pride in the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds (although are a little high) are comfortable...the showers have GREAT pressure and the breakfast is wonderful. Unfortunately, the past few stays have been different. One of the rooms smelled like smoke so we had to ask for a different room, but the biggest issue was the room key. Check out is at 11:00. I don't understand, but the past 3 stays they have turned the keys off the morning we left. We went to breakfast only to find out when returning to the room the key didn't work and we had to go back to t

Very clean and up-to-date rooms. Friendly service. Breakfast was served at 6:00 am which is great but we left at 5:00 am. A bit disappointed there was no coffee or anything to take with us, which has been the norm at other Choice Hotels I’ve stayed at.

Room and hotel was clean. Had no complaints. We only stayed one night but I would definitely stay again. Breakfast wasn’t my favorite, and the parking lot is small, but for us getting there little past midnight and leaving the next morning it was just what we needed

Everything was perfect! The hotel was very clean, smelled great, and housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely return when visiting family again.

Wi-fi was awful. Spotty at best in the evening & none, zero in the morning. King bed was WAY too high. My elderly wife had a very difficult time getting in & out of bed. Coffee, cookies not available in the evening. No TV lineup in the room. Toilets too short. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate.
