Sleep Inn & Suites Middlesboro

Highly satisfied. Service was excellent and the entire place was CLEAN. No nasty cigarette or weed smells. Room was very nice with every amenity I could ask for. The breakfast wasn't bad at all. The guy taking care of it kept everything full and fresh. I'm in town once a month or so and this is now my go to hotel. VERY HAPPY

We love staying there but the elevator was out of service this trip so we were charged an extra $35 to get a room on the first floor. My husband and I aren’t able to pull luggage up flights of stairs. It’s not our problem that the elevator was out. We shouldn’t have been charged extra to stay in the only floor we could access. Otherwise, it’s a very nice place to stay. Bed are comfy, rooms are clean and they have a good breakfast with friendly staff.

Fabulous overnight! Evelyn greeted us with a smile and was most helpful in finding a good local restaurant. The place was immaculate and the beds extremely comfortable and quiet. Breakfast included good sausage patties plus fluffy eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereals,etc. A great place to stay!

I have never stayed in a Sleep In till now and if it wasnt for the reviews I probable overlook it. But man Im glad I didnt!! Such a great place n for the price cant beat it. Yes the elevator still not working but they r waiting for the part!. We chose 3rd floor anyway and the stairs wernt bad, good excersize after a full day of driving! Rooms are clean n no smell. Beds very comfy. Front desk n everyon I met were amazing! The coffee, yes coffee was also really good too! Breakfast man those bisquits! If u r looking for a nice spot n oh the mountain views! This is the spot!

Very pleasant staff, room was clean, beds were comfortable, nice linen, pillows could have been a little better but then I like mine firm. Very good breakfast, dining area clean. The only problem was that the elevator was out of order and climbing the stairs was hard on my senior citizen knees. I would definitely stay here again.
