Sleep Inn & Suites Liberty

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent stay and have noticed a massive decline in quality at this hotel. Back in July -September the hotel was well-managed, and the staff seemed to actually care. Now? It feels like no one cares at all, and it is clear that management is only worried about money rather than the guest experience. The hotel is very dirty, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk service has gone downhill. I had a terrible experience with the dark-toned woman, Loretta, and Courtney they both have terrible attitudes/ thefts and provided the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. We arrived on Thursday and had to get a rag and disinfectant from the man on duty to wipe down the counter tops and bathroom floor.. He was really nice. When we tried to watch tv it wasn't working. I was informed it was down all day. When we went to breakfast on Friday there was no milk for our cereal. They ran out. Friday when we returned, there was still no tv. Saturday and Sunday still no milk and TV still not working. Leslie and her look alike tried to help us but couldn't make the TV work and have extra milk. We feel we did not get the entitled services for the cost of the room. Last time my wife stayed there it was ok, that's why we came back. We would like to try it again but don't want to waste our money for services we don't get. On the counter the sign say says free drink and

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and was truly impressed! The property is immaculate, with a beautifully clean exterior that instantly makes you feel at ease. It's also wonderfully quiet, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff is exceptionally polite and attentive, always ready to help. A special shout-out to the new manager, Dallyas, whose warm demeanor and dedication to guest satisfaction really shine through. This place feels like a home away from home! Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I can't say enough good things about it! The staff is absolutely wonderful—so loving and always ready to help with a smile. It's clear they truly care about their guests. The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive; it looks brand new! Every corner is spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming environment. I'll definitely be back!

I frequent this hotel at least once a month. The regional manager was there and let me know she was cleaning house and firing all the local people that work there. Every since this hotel opened, because we are a small town, the customer service has been great! This lady, was unpleasant, upset, and giving out TMI, very unprofessional. So, with that being said, I will not stay at our hometown property in Liberty anymore. I will definitely take my business to another hotel.
