Sleep Inn & Suites Lancaster

Very nice place to stay. However, we had an adjoining room. I could hear the person in the next room coughing in the night, which woke me up so the walls are a little thin. The motel was not full either by the number of the cars in the parking lot. I would recommend spacing guests out with an empty room in between if possible. Otherwise, no complaints. Breakfast was very delicious.

We stay here often. Though it's really the only hotel in town we're never disappointed in terms of cleanliness and service. We're grateful we have this option when visiting family.

The hotel is always very clean, including the pool and workout room. They now have onsite laundry and that is a huge plus! They also serve a nice hot breakfast with a good variety of choices.

I went to check, and wasn’t greeted with a friendly smile or any semblance of hospitality. The front desk personality was cold at best. I wasn’t told about the breakfast in the morning or any of the amenities at the hotel. They were unfriendly and didn’t know how to do their job. I would never book a 3rd party with this hotel. The front desk “Hayes” took my credit card for incidentals and place a hold on funds as is normal for any hotel. When I came down to get a soda was told that I didn’t have the ability to purchase anything at the hotel because I booked third-party after they took my credit card and placed a hold on funds for incidentals. Frankly, I blame the manager for not training their employees correctly. This hotel is obviously poorly run and I would stay elsewhere.

I appreciate how clean and comfortable my stay was. The fridge and microwave were spotless. Breakfast was delicious, and the locally made Kringle was a treat! Each staff member checked in with me, to ensure I was comfortable and my needs were met. Bonus was the lovely Wisconsin landscape.
