Sleep Inn & Suites Galion

Super awesome stay! The hotel was very quiet and clean. Rooms were stocked with towels and other amenities. The pool was very clean and an enjoyable experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful. And OMG the breakfast was amazing! This hotel is the definition of the best bang for your buck!

It was terrible! The trash on both sides of the entrance was overflowing. Chicken bones were on the floor because trash was so full. I thought maybe they didn't know. I said something to the front desk. They said thank you. We were having a celebration and my guest was coming from away. I had to get an errand done before the party. The weather got bad. I was trying to call front desk and no one answered. I tried several times. I was hoping they would give the second room key card to the guest. No one answered and they had to wait in the parking lot. Approximately two hours later when I got back the trash on both sides of the entrance was still overflowing. The next morning the trash still wasn't emptied. I wasn't going to do a review until I noticed two charges on my card. I called the hot

Not clean. Room did not smell very nice. Shower had hair in drain. Sink did not drain. Very frugal even for a continental breakfast.

When I 1st arrived, I was honestly impressed how nice the place looked, until further noticing some things. The pool didn't seem to have any chlorine in it, made me wonder how sanitary it actually was. I also had a gentleman tell me in the elevator that the heating element or something was out of the pool. Its no wonder my granddaughter was freezing, she didn't even want to swim long after we got there because the water was so cold. There's cobwebs, literally, under at least 1 of the chairs in the entry area. I went for breakfast the 1st morning, the milk in the big machine was sour, really dissatisfied because I love my milk. I dont care for sausage, all that was offered was patties and links, NO BACON!!! I always choose a hotel that serves a full breakfast to avoid any extra costs, well

We absolutely LOVE it here! We travel to the Galion Ohio area from Tennessee every year for Christmas and the last 4 years we have stayed here. It's always incredibly clean, smells amazing and the staff is always amazing and so egar and willing to help with anything you need. I can't recommend this hotel more!!
