Sleep Inn & Suites Chiloquin-Crater Lake Junction

Made my way through the area and had a night at the sleep inn. The staff was great and the room was quite. For me it was a bit warm in the halls and in the room but compared to outside it was very comfortable. There is a small fitness center that I took advantage of and the Continental breakfast was convenient. The hotel is pretty new and in great shape. My room was pretty clean however I did have a couple pillows that didn't seem fresh and probably needed a swap. That being said there was four, so not a problem. I would absolutely stay again and would recommend it for travelers.

We had such a nice stay here when we visited Crater Lake last year, we decided to stay here again this year. From my research this is the only traditional hotel near Crater Lake National Park (45 mins away). The hotel itself was very clean and seemed brand new from the outside and lobby. Plenty of free parking was available. The free WiFi internet has speeds of 9 Mbps down, 4.7 Mbps up.||Our 2 queen bed room was very clean and spacious, and the air conditioner did a good job cooling our room quickly and quietly. Shower pressure was fine, the microwave and small fridge worked well (although the fridge didn't have a compartment for freezing our ice packs). ||The hotel also has a laundry room with a single coin operated washer ($1.50) and a single dryer ($1.00), but for some reason they can't

Stayed in a king size bed room and king suite for our adult kids and baby. Check in clerk was super friendly and helpful. The suite was great for the family but our room had an issue with the heater thermostat. The heater would run when we set the temperature at 58 and it wasn’t close to that temp. Switch to AC and it would run when set to 80 and again no way it was close to that temperature. Hope they get that fixed when I report it. A couple other negatives was the bathroom lights are dull, the bathroom fan runs constantly and there is not a switch to shut it off, and lastly, the bed comforter has been laundered incorrectly so each little square of batting is now a wadded up ball. Very nice appearing place! Clean exterior. Our room had a couple of minor issues. Toilet had a small piece of waste floating in it in it. There were couple of spot on the countertops with sticky residue on them. No ironing board and the exhaust fan for the bathroom didn't appear to be working. Bed was a little too firm for us and caused some back discomfort through the night. We would consider returning at this point.

It is a very nice hotel, close location to family members and the staff I encountered were all so very nice and helpful. I didn't like the constant weird noise coming from the bathroom vent and the fact that there isn't heat in the bathroom when it's freezing outside. The sanitized strip was on my toilet but when I took it off, it was quite evident my toilet hadn't been cleaned in some time. There was dried urine and hair on my toilet seat and the toilet inside looked slightly yellow. I wish there were more gluten free/dairy free options for breakfast. Also, something to make the pool room not echo so badly.
