Sleep Inn Geismar - Gonzales

It was clean. The workers there are friendly and very competent. The rooms are quiet. The free breakfast was nice. The price of the room was reasonable. I would stay there again the next time I need a hotel in that area.

The hotel was clean. Very easy check in. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The 1st morning housekeeper needs to learn to be more professional and attentive. The next day was someone different, much more pleasant. My stay was Thursday-Sunday. PLEASANT!!!

Great location. This hotel was near the highway and easily accessible. Room was quite large and very clean. Normal breakfast served and employees were competent and efficient. It was very quiet and I didn't realize how well insulated until we walked into the parking lot the next morning and heard the traffic.

Worst place I have ever stayed I do not recommend this place for any blue collar worker who works night. 1. I asked the front desk for fresh towels he told me I would have to get with the cleaning ppl who where not on site. 2. My room was not cleaned for 2 straight week. The cleaning ppl work up till the afternoon seen them on my floor as I was leaving work. 3. Over priced to the max. First week book on booking.com second week booked with the front desk 155$ more than booking.

At check in I advised of a Service Animal attending my family and i during our stay. Lady at the front desk said she didn't need any info, nor did she make a remark on my account about it. The same night i checked in there were 10 police officers in the parking lot around midnight due to a stabbing that occured AT the hotel.... The following night we noticed several vehicles had occupants sleeping in them in the parking lot.....Fast forward 2 weeks later they never returned my deposit. I called today and the "gentleman" that answered was not very pleasant. Acted as if me calling about the deposit was an inconvenience. He said they kept the deposit because, "You had an dog in your room" advised him it was a service animal I made them aware of at check in. He said I will get my deposit back
