Customer Reviews
I had to book a work group for the ice storm that had hit 1-25 thru 1-26. Cobb EMC requested tree crews for this event. With such short notice and needing 7 rooms (14 workers), Daisha MacDonald made it happen. She had the keys ready and was happy to assist in any other way. She was kind enough to print out a document for me for my work. I have stay here in the past which was ok but anytime I'm back in town to train my crews, I will stay here. I will spread the word on how professional the whole staff made us feel at home. Thank you everybody
When we arrived with our teen granddaughter, who is in a wheelchair, our room was not accessible. Even though I said it was okay that she's very capable, the woman at the desk was very helpful and found a room that was more accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.
Positive: Location to Lakepoint Sports Negative: Elevator was a bit sketchy and the room had a moldy odor (carpets)
Hotel is very convenient to Lakepoint Sports complex, reasonably priced, comfortable, with good sized rooms. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast choices aren't great, but good enough. Front desk staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and efficient. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.
It was a typical hotel and clean. A little upset that the ADA room I reserved was not held for my family. After I questioned why we didn't have an ADA room, I was told someone extended their stay in the room we had and they bumped us out. I'm upset that there was no communication about the change in my reservation. My son is in a wheelchair and it was a huge inconvenience to not have the ADA room. The lady at the front desk was nice and apologized for the inconvenience. I asked for a discount and was given some off the stay. I'll be hesitant to reserve from Choice Hotels again.
