Skylofts at MGM Grand

Our stay at the MGM Grand Skylofts was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The customer service alone sets this place apart, every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on making our experience flawless. From check in to checkout, we felt taken care of at the highest level.||||The Skyloft itself was stunning. The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with luxury details everywhere you looked. The views were incredible, the layout was perfect for both relaxing and entertaining, and everything felt extremely private and upscale.||||This is hands down one of the best stays we’ve ever had in Las Vegas. The room we stayed in is in one of the main photos listed on this page. The place was amazing and the service was top notch. You get a private driver that picks you up from the airport, private lounge access with private elevators, along with 24/7 access to a butler. Couldn’t ask for more….if you’re going with a group of 3 then I highly suggest sharing a suite here versus the cost of regular rooms for each person.

I booked a solo vacation to Vegas and was looking for something luxurious, but due to my budget, the MGM Mansion and Bellagio Villas were not in my budget.||I chose the Skylofyts because they offered rates around $700 a night, and that includes immaculate, 24-hour butler service and a personal concierge. The lofts are spacious and beautiful and the public rooms are pristine; however, good old-fashioned service is the best part about this place. The staff leaves nothing up to chance and they attend to your every need, helping you secure great show and dinner reservations.||I would highly recommend the Skylofts to anyone, but especially those who want to experience treatment normally only reserved for high rollers (and at a reasonable price, all things considered).

They have the studio rooms whatever it's called are super far away in the corner which was a lot of walk. And it was not easy to find either. At least have a nice big signs and make it easy to find and there's actually two separate entrances and if you find the wrong one then you don't get to your room.... Lol On top of that they make you go all the way to the elevator which is the other side of the building from the entrance just to go upstairs and my room was power the casino so I had to walk all the way back and there was no stairs that I can use. Very cumbersome and inefficient design...

Steam shower and large infinity tub are really nice. The rooms are also very quiet. However All the "smart" technology in the room is very dated and convoluted. Be prepared to fight against it your entire stay if you want to turn on a TV, the lights, or raise / lower the curtains. The time to check-in was also a bit long, and house keeping does not take the dishes away after we ordered room service. There were a few burned out lightbulbs in the master bedroom and one of the sections of wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. Hairdryer was also broken. It just seems like nobody cares They say you can text the front desk for requests or booking reservations, but the two times I put in a request to make reservations, they were ignored.
