Deserted, overgrown… 😱 Grass 3’ tall. There were 3 rigs, deserted vehicles full of garbage. At the entrance there is a trailer with all their laundry hanging out in the clothesline. Looks like a place that went bankrupt.
This is not a destination RV Park. It’s a residential park, more like a trailer park. To say its a work in progress would be inaccurate. They just stopped adding planned sites and evidently caring for the existing sites. Weeds and construction supplies just lying about. The few residents that interacted with us were very pleasant and took pride in their home. The website boasts of a beautiful adjacent park like setting with a swimming hole and fishing pond. They are there, but I wouldnt go near the swimming hole. Furniture strewn about, low water level, and algae in the water. So much unrealized potential. WE so badly just wanted to boondock in the park. We camped at Sky Park RV Ranch in a Travel Trailer.
Nice place on the runway for airplanez.
Been great so far.
